3rd Annual Battle in the Big Apple

**When entering the Island roadways follow the signs towards the fields where you first game will be played.

-Teams must check in at the check in tables near where 1st games will be played no later than 15 minutes before their 1st game.Please be on time as all games will start on time and teams that are more than 15 minutes late for a game will forfeit the game.

Teams-When checking in hand in all waiver for all players

Free Agents-When checking in you will receive your team pinnie and be directed to where to meet your team and coaches. Please hand your waivers in at registration.

Randall's Island Park Regulations

Notice to All Park Users: Smoking will not be allowed within parks and beaches. No Alcoholic Beverages
Permitted, No Vehicles Permitted In Parks, Ball fields - No Double Parking Allowed, No Unauthorized Vendors,
No BBQ Except In Designated Parks/Areas, Field/Court Must Be Cleaned Up After Use, Parks Is Not Responsible
For Equipment Left Behind, No Drugs & No Alcohol Permitted inside park area, No Amplified sound Permitted

**Tents can only be put up in designated tent areas

Parking for the tournament will be best in Lots L,K and J

**There is pocket parking available near the fields but it is very limited and is on a first come first serve basis

Weather Cancellation Policy

Should the tournament get cancelled due to severe weather our policy is a $100 refund and a held spot for the 2016 Battle in the Big Apple at no extra cost.
